Full body workout designed to increase muscular strength and endurance using resistance tubing or bands, helping you set your level for all areas of the body !
We use bands, balls and light weight to condition you back to fitness.
All levels welcome whether you are recovering from injury or just getting back to fitness.
You workout at your level under guidance of Jason our Advanced Health and Exercise Specialist and always happy to offer alternative variety of exercises to help you recover.
