Gym Timetable

Our brand new gym has everything you need for general fitness, serious training and body building.

Fully equipped with cardio machinery, cross trainers, treadmills and the unique custom-built Ortus 9 station professional multi-gym, ideal for the true body conditioners. We also offer a 16ft boxing ring with suspended and fixed boxing bags, free weights, exercise bikes, vibro machines, Smiths machine, seated leg press and 5 dedicated Ortus resistance machines.

7.00am Club with Santi – Monday to Friday

Early birds can join Santi’s 7am club. Daily classes especially designed to enhance weight loss and improve fitness with a combination of intense aerobic, martial-arts-based exercise routines and interval training together with a weekly weight circuit to improve muscle strength. Classes are designed to work together, so for best results come to all five clases. If you can’t make all the classes, you can still join us for whichever classes you choose.

9.30am Club with Santi

Can’t make the early club, come along to Santi’s 9.30 sessions. A mix of classes and disciplines to lose weight and improve fitness. For best results, we recommend you come to all the 9.30 classes as they are designed to work together to give a total body work out and help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. But you can join us for just one class or any combination, whatever suits you.
