Thursdays at 18.30

This 60 minute workout does it all, split into two sections.

30 minutes of cardio and endurance on your standard spin bike focusing on a number of different terrains, from flat road, hill climbs and team sprints.

Followed by 30 minutes of strength work focusing on your upper body and core ‘off the bike’ using equipment. Finishing off with a relaxing 5 minute stretch.
