Boxing is a great discipline for children and a fun work out.
Under the guidance of our experienced boxing coach, children get a safe and effective workout.
As they progress, competitive boxing is introduced if it is right for the child.
Boxing and Kickboxing training is excellent for discipline, focus and concentration, general fitness, strength and muscle building.
But most of all the kids who come to our boxing club have lots of fun.
Junior boxing classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 18.30.
