Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with a gym instructor who has passed a Boxfit diploma.

It is based on the training used for boxing which include warm up, basic boxing drills , footwork and abdominal workouts with pad and bag work all focusing on fitness and toning and ending with a stretch.
