A fusion of different types of exercise, with the objective of obtaining maximum performance of each individual depending on his or her physical needs.
These exercises are aerobic but at the same time combined with anaerobic work, including joint movements. All of this work transfers to our daily lives. Programs put emphasis on postural control and freedom of movement.
